Donna Freeman
Donna Freeman was first introduced to yoga in 1996 while living in Cape Town, South Africa, sparking a lifelong journey of transformation through yoga and mindfulness. For 30 years, these practices have shaped her life and work as she has taught everyone from infants to seniors, ages 6 weeks to 86 years, with curiosity, creativity, and a playful spirit. As the founder of Yoga In My School and author of "Once Upon a Pose", Donna leads trainings and workshops that encourage growth, connection, and joyful exploration of body, breath, and brain.<br />

Larissa Whiting
I'm Larissa Whiting, studio owner and head unicorn at Lahari Yoga Ltd. in beautiful St. Albert, Alberta. My arms-open-wide passion is yoga! I believe heart and soul that you will improve your general health and wellbeing with the therapeutic benefitrs has to offer!</p> <p>Both the nurse and the yogi in me loves the science behind why yoga feels so good, why it works to promote health, improve your wellbeing, and relieve stress. Yoga also supports longevity, weight loss, strength building, and helps manage anxiety and depression.
