Returns and Refunds

I truly want you to feel good about anything you purchase here. Please take a moment to read through the information below so we’re clear and aligned from the start.

Digital Products

Because digital products are delivered instantly and can’t be returned, all sales of downloadable items are final.

This includes:

  • Workbooks and PDFs

  • Audio practices, meditations, and Yoga Nidra

  • Online courses, workshops, and trainings

  • Any downloadable video or bundled content

That said, if something isn’t working as it should or you’re having trouble accessing your purchase, please reach out. I’m always happy to help troubleshoot or make sure you get what you paid for.

In-Person Workshops, Classes & Events

Life happens. Here’s how cancellations work for live offerings unless otherwise noted on the registration page:

  • If you cancel 7 days or more before the event, you’ll receive a full refund or credit.

  • Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.

  • You’re welcome to transfer your spot to someone else with advance notice.

If an event needs to be cancelled or rescheduled on my end, you’ll be offered a full refund or the option to move your registration to a future date.

Online Programs & Trainings

For programs that include live sessions or recorded content:

    • Once access has been provided or the program has begun, refunds are not available.

    • If a program is cancelled before it starts, you’ll receive a full refund.
