This is where the physical meets the metaphysical and where the real magic happens. People come to my home for the physical relief of Thai Yoga Massage, but they return for the Energy Healing. This is my specialty. In this floor-based, fully clothed session, we use rhythmic movement to unlock tension and clear the stagnant energy that keeps you feeling stuck. It is a deep, transformative restoration that leaves you feeling lighter in both body and spirit.

Sometimes the best medicine is simply stepping away from the screen and into the trees. In these sessions, we use the natural world as a co-regulator for your nervous system. Through sensory immersion and mindful presence, I help you allow the forest to quiet your brain and soften your body. It’s a powerful way to build emotional and physical resilience in the fresh Alberta air.

What is Somatic Support?
Somatic Support is a specialized approach that focuses on the direct connection between your mind and your body. Instead of just talking about stress, we work to physically release it from your nervous system. Using my 3B Method (Body, Breath, Brain) and applied neurology, we identify where you are holding onto tension or burnout. The goal is to move you out of “survival mode” and into a state of resilience, helping you feel truly at home in your own skin again.
What makes Thai Massage with Energy Healing different?
My signature Thai Massage is a floor-based, fully clothed experience that focuses on passive stretching and rhythmic pressure. However, the real “magic” that my St. Albert clients return for is the integrated Energy Healing. This combination addresses both the physical tension in the muscles and the stagnant energy in the body’s “sen” lines, resulting in a profound sense of restoration that a standard table massage rarely reaches.
What exactly is Forest Bathing?
Forest Bathing, or Shinrin-yoku, is not a hike, a naturalist walk, or an exercise session. It is a slow, guided sensory immersion in nature. Using the 3B Method, I lead you through a series of “invitations” to help you slow your pace and open your senses. The goal is to move out of your analytical brain and into a restorative, somatic connection with the wooded parklands around us.
How quickly will I feel a difference?
Most clients experience a noticeable shift in their nervous system after just one session. Because we use applied neurology to communicate directly with your brain, the relief is often more immediate than traditional talk therapy or general exercise. My goal is to help you move from a state of “tired but wired” to one of grounded clarity in our very first hour together. While long-term patterns take time to rewire, you will leave with practical tools to maintain that sense of calm and resilience at home.
How do online Somatic Support sessions work?
Virtual sessions allow me to extend my 30 years of expertise to you, no matter your location. Through high-quality video calls, we use the 3B Method to troubleshoot your wellness gaps. I guide you through applied neurology drills, breathwork, and somatic movements that you can do in your own space, providing you with the tools to lead your own healing journey.
Is Somatic Support right for me if I am not "fit" or flexible?
Absolutely. In fact, most of my clients come to me because they feel stiff, disconnected, or physically restricted by stress. You do not need any prior yoga experience or a certain level of fitness to benefit from Thai Massage or Forest Bathing. I meet your body exactly where it is today. Whether we are meeting in my St. Albert home or online, my role is to act as your expert guide, providing a safe and accessible space for you to reclaim your vitality at your own pace.
