How much time does the 6-week cohort require?

The program is designed to fit into a busy life. Expect to spend about 60 minutes per week on guided sessions, with short, daily “micro-practices” for your breath and brain.

What if I miss a live session?

All live sessions are recorded and uploaded for later viewing, allowing you to move through the reset at your own pace.

I’ve tried yoga and meditation before and they didn't help. How is this different?
