Forest Bathing is more than a walk in the woods. It is a guided mindfulness experience designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with the natural world through gentle sensory awareness. During this 2-hour guided Forest Bathing experience at Lois Hole Centennial Provincial Park, you’ll be invited to notice the sights, sounds, textures, and rhythms of the forest in a way that feels calming, grounding, and restorative.
