During this 2-hour guided Forest Bathing experience at Lois Hole Centennial Provincial Park, you’ll be invited to notice the sights, sounds, textures, and rhythms of the forest in a way that feels calming, grounding, and restorative.
Inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku (Forest Bathing), this experience supports stress relief, mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and emotional wellbeing. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, navigating a life transition, or simply craving a break from busy life and screens, this gentle outdoor wellness experience near Edmonton offers space to pause, reset, and reconnect.
What to Expect

Bring: Comfortable walking shoes, layers for Alberta weather, water bottle, and a small sit mat or blanket
Weather: Sessions run in light rain or snow. In extreme weather, we will reschedule for safety and comfort.
